    Long before the hustle and bustle of the eastside of Evansville, the Bulkley family opened the doors of Expressway Dodge in January of 1992. Expressway Dodge quickly became a thriving business as the largest Dodge dealer in the state of Indiana and achieving national rankings with Chrysler corporation.

    In April 2005, the Bulkley family purchased the former Mt. Vernon Ford store. Soon, Expressway Ford-Mercury opened on the west side of Mt Vernon. The Dealership continued to thrive and expanded beyond their current facility.

    In July 2006 ground was broken on the Expressway Auto Mall of America complex that would be built at the corner of Highway 62 East and the Highway 69 Bypass in Mount Vernon Indiana. The 40 acre complex is the site of three current Expressway dealerships in including Expressway Ford, Expressway Chevrolet Buick GMC, and Expressway Jeep Chrysler Dodge. The 20 acres of developed land carries an inventory of more than 1600 vehicles and employs more than 130 people.
